One of Chase's faves so far. He wants it on Focaccia bread next time. Where do I buy Focaccia????
The ribs were very tender. So, so good.
However, the best way I can put it is that it just wasn't in either Chase or my "flavor profiles." We thought it was good. I probably won't make it again.
Tonight is date night. Yay! Tomorrow I will be making PWs steak nachos. Looking forward to it....
